By placing an order for foldable bicycles, bicycle bells and bicycle locks, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions as well as applicable United States commercial laws, product safety regulations and consumer protection rules. Order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of purchase requests and does not guarantee immediate shipment. We reserve the right to verify inventory availability, payment authorization and delivery accessibility before processing shipment. Orders may be cancelled free of charge within twenty-four hours after placement. Cancellations made after twenty-four hours or after goods have been processed for shipment will incur processing, packaging and handling fees. We reserve the right to cancel any orders with inaccurate customer information, undeliverable addresses, abnormal transaction behavior or suspected fraud. All foldable bicycles, bicycle bells and bicycle locks conform to United States local safety standards and daily usage specifications. Limited manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing structural defects within the specified period, and the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, private modification, improper riding, artificial collision or normal daily wear and tear. We are not liable for any indirect loss, personal injury or property damage caused by improper assembly, overloading, or using products beyond designed usage limits. All product pictures, descriptions and specifications are for reference only. Minor color difference or texture deviation due to display device variation is not regarded as quality problem. Any transaction related disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation cannot reach an agreement, disputes shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United States.
