Return & Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy complies with United States consumer protection laws and applies to all sales of foldable bicycles, bicycle bells and bicycle locks within the United States. All return or exchange requests must be submitted within forty-five calendar days after delivery receipt. To qualify for return or exchange, all items must remain unused, unassembled for foldable bicycles, kept in original factory packaging, with all original parts, accessories and labels intact and free from artificial damage, scratches or modification. Items with manufacturing defects including structural failure of foldable bicycles, functional failure of bicycle bells and unresponsive locking function of bicycle locks are eligible for free return, exchange or full refund. We require photo evidence to verify defective issues, and we will cover return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects. Returns requested due to personal reasons such as improper size, style mismatch or change of mind are acceptable only if products meet the above intact condition standards. Customers shall be responsible for all return shipping fees, and a standard restocking fee will be applied accordingly. Items that have been assembled, used, artificially damaged, modified, or without original packaging and complete accessories are not eligible for standard return or exchange service. Once returned items are received and inspected to meet requirements, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within standard processing time.
