Shipping Policy

We provide shipping service for foldable bicycles, bicycle bells and bicycle locks to all fifty states of the United States. All products are packaged with professional protective materials to prevent scratches, impact damage and part loss during transit, especially specially reinforced packaging for foldable bicycles with large size and assembled structures. Standard order processing takes one to three business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping to contiguous United States typically takes three to seven business days for delivery. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other non-contiguous regions will require longer transit time. Delivery schedules may experience slight delays during holiday peak seasons or unexpected logistics circumstances. Real-time tracking service is available for all shipped orders. Large-sized foldable bicycles are not eligible for delivery to PO box addresses, and a valid physical residential or commercial delivery address is required. Customers shall inspect product integrity, appearance and complete parts upon delivery. Any damage, missing parts or incorrect items must be reported within twenty-four hours after receiving the package for verification and resolution of replacement or refund arrangements.
